Pally - a cross between a dolly and a pallet

The 800mm x 600mm Loadhog Pally is a pallet, capable of lifting/lowering 500Kg. By using a simple foot pedal it can be transformed into a wheeled dolly. By pressing the pedal again it becomes a static pallet again. And this can be done whilst the Pally is under load (up to 500Kg). There are two pedals, one at either end.

This underside view shows the castors tucked away in the pallet position. The pedal action causes the castors to protrude, turning the Pally into a dolly.

The Pally can be stored in racking and is capable of holding most distribution crates on the market as well as cardboard boxes.

Pallys can be stacked nested when empty just like regular dollies.
They can be used in conjunction with the Loadhog self-securing re-usable pallet lid. The straps from the lid are designed to anchor into the Pally, securing the load

The optional handle can be used if preferred.

The tremendous cost savings associated with using the Pally are obvious at first sight.
